Its current fee page says standard purchasing is free on mainstream platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688. Special, second-hand and optional services use separate rules.
Are displayed prices final?+
No. USD amounts are references. Confirm the live option, item price, domestic delivery and selected services before paying.
Does a checked link mean verified quality?+
No. A checked route confirms only that the destination was reviewed. Quality decisions require warehouse evidence and still have limits.
How many free QC photos are provided?+
The current Superbuy homepage states that three free QC photos are taken after warehouse receipt.
How long is free storage?+
The current fee page states 90 days free. It also lists a per-item daily fee after that window and a standard maximum storage period of 180 days.
Can I combine different orders?+
Superbuy states that eligible stored items can be consolidated into one parcel for free. Whether it saves money depends on size, weight, restrictions and available lines.
Why can the shipping deposit change?+
The deposit uses estimated weight, route and destination. Final shipping is recalculated after the carrier verifies package size and weight.
Can QC photos prove authenticity or fit?+
No. They can document visible facts but cannot reliably prove authenticity, material composition, comfort, durability or fit.
Is this the official platform?+
No. This independent research resource does not sell products, process payments or handle shipping. Always confirm current rules in your account before acting.
