Separate top-up, order payment, refund and withdrawal

A Superbuy top-up adds funds to an account. Paying an order uses an available payment method or account balance for a particular purchase. A refund reverses an eligible charge or credits an adjustment. A balance withdrawal moves eligible remaining funds out through the supported process. These are different events, even when the same amount appears in more than one screen. Identify the event you need before choosing a payment or support option.

Start a small ledger with the transaction date, reference, currency, amount and associated order or parcel. Keep a separate status for requested, processing and completed. A refund request is not evidence that the receiving bank has credited money. Likewise, a visible account balance does not establish that the entire amount can be withdrawn through every payment method. Read the conditions shown for the actual balance and channel before proceeding.

Compare methods shown in your own account

Superbuy's official pages list card top-ups and channels including Wise, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Availability can depend on the account, country, currency and transaction. Use the options displayed in the live payment flow rather than a static list copied from a forum. Check the destination currency and whether the quoted amount represents the money sent, the account credit or the payment-provider charge.

Compare methods on the same date and for the same intended account credit. Record the total amount charged by the provider, any stated platform or processing fee, and the resulting usable balance. A method with a smaller advertised fee can still produce a different total because of currency conversion. Do not compare one quote before fees with another quote after fees. Keep screenshots of the quotation for your own records without publishing payment details.

Use an effective-cost calculation

A useful comparison is home-currency money paid divided by account-currency funds actually credited. This describes your effective exchange cost for that transaction. It does not claim to be an official exchange rate. For example, if a hypothetical payment of 105 units produces 100 units of usable balance, the ratio is 1.05. The extra five units must be understood from the provider's breakdown before deciding whether another channel is cheaper.

Label examples as examples and replace them with the figures displayed in your account. Never assume that a previous payment's fee will remain unchanged for another amount or method. Fixed charges can matter more on small transactions, while percentage charges scale with the amount. Also check your own bank's statement for a separate conversion or international-transaction charge. Keep platform, payment-provider and bank charges in separate columns so a later discrepancy is traceable.

Budget for the two purchase stages

The official shopping workflow separates product purchasing from international parcel shipping. Funding the product does not automatically pay the later freight bill. Make a first-stage budget for the item, Chinese domestic delivery and selected product services. Then maintain a separate provisional allowance for international freight, packaging and destination charges. Update that allowance when warehouse measurements become available.

Avoid adding more balance simply because a product reference price looks inexpensive. First confirm the exact option and the costs excluded from that reference. If you are researching several products, record which are only candidates and which have been approved for purchase. This helps prevent funds being reserved for abandoned choices. Keep a modest uncertainty allowance based on the actual order rather than treating every available top-up as money that must be spent.

Investigate a payment before repeating it

When a payment appears incomplete, compare the provider's status with the Superbuy account record. A bank authorisation, a completed payment and an account credit are not interchangeable. Save the transaction reference and timestamp, then check whether an error message asks for a specific action. Repeating the payment before understanding the first attempt can create a second transaction that later needs reconciliation.

Use official support for discrepancies and provide only the information needed to identify the transaction. Explain the amount, currency, reference and visible statuses. Never share a password, full card number or one-time authentication code in a public thread. If the provider shows a reversal, record that separately from an order refund. Keeping the payment attempt distinct from the purchase makes it easier to identify which party can resolve the issue.

Confirm what a refund actually returns

A product cancellation, an accepted seller return and an international-freight adjustment can create different credits. Read the decision for the specific case. Identify the refunded component, any retained charge and the destination of the credit. A product refund does not automatically reverse a completed service or an unrelated provider fee. The amount credited should be compared with the approved refund, not simply with the total originally paid across several stages.

The shipping guide describes reconciliation between the freight deposit and the final charge. Keep that adjustment under the parcel reference. Do not label it as a product refund or assume it has already reached your bank. If the credit is in your account balance, decide whether to use it for a later eligible payment or investigate the withdrawal process. Preserve the original deposit, final charge and adjustment as three separate entries.

Prepare a balance-withdrawal request

Before requesting a withdrawal, inspect the balance type, the available withdrawal channel, the amount permitted and any displayed fee or minimum. Confirm whether the process is tied to the original payment method. Do not infer that promotional credit, a coupon and a cash top-up have the same withdrawal conditions. Where the account does not explain eligibility, ask support before submitting a request based on an assumption.

Record the amount requested, the currency expected at the destination, the request reference and the processing information displayed. Check the receiving account details through the official flow. This guide does not supply a universal withdrawal percentage or guaranteed arrival time because those details must be verified for the channel and account. A responsible comparison keeps an unknown field explicitly unconfirmed instead of borrowing a number from another user's case.

Follow the request through to the receiving account

After submission, distinguish platform processing from provider or bank settlement. A completed platform status can be followed by a separate receiving stage. Keep the date of each event. If the stated processing period has passed, ask for the transfer or refund reference associated with that specific request. Use that reference when the receiving institution needs to investigate, rather than starting another unrelated withdrawal.

Match the final credit to the request currency and amount. Currency conversion can make the home-currency result differ from the original top-up even when the account-currency amount is correct. Record the actual difference, but do not automatically attribute it to a platform fee. Check the breakdown from each party first. If multiple small credits arrive, reconcile their total against the request before concluding that the payment is incomplete.

Keep a reusable payment worksheet

Use one row per money movement: top-up, order charge, service charge, freight deposit, adjustment, refund or withdrawal. Useful fields include account currency, paid currency, gross amount, fee, net amount, reference, related order, destination and final status. Keep proposed costs separate from completed transactions. Mark anything based on an estimate so it cannot be mistaken for a settled charge later.

Before closing a purchase record, reconcile the remaining balance and all open refunds. Keep evidence until the relevant transaction is complete and any dispute process no longer requires it. For the next order, compare current methods again rather than repeating a choice solely because it worked previously. The purpose of this worksheet is a clear account of money paid, credited and returned, with every fee attached to the transaction that created it.
